Journey Mapping

A collaboration with Bozeman Public Library to create journey maps for library printing services

The project team created journey maps shpwing the experience of using printing services in the library.

Project Description

Librarians and students from Montana State University Library and Bozeman Public Library created journey maps to capture the user experience of printing at the library. Insights from the journey maps were applied to improve printing workflows for library users.
